We are currently searching for our next Pastor
Our desires for a prospective pastor of Bosqueville Baptist Church includes one who is committed to the inerrancy and authority of the Bible and is dedicated to the Church as a pastor, preacher and teacher. We expect he will be a Bible-text-driven expositor who is firm in his own convictions for the Church and his family. Most importantly, he is someone who loves the Lord with all his heart, soul, and mind and is knowledgeable, willing and able to lead others to Christ.
Leading with a trustworthy team-based approach, using strong relationship skills, and ministering to all age groups will be important. It is our hope that all decisions concerning the direction of the Church will be manifested through a strong biblical and visionary approach using the Gospel of Jesus Christ in every endeavor.
Today our Church, like most Churches, has found different ways of meeting including live streaming Morning Worship from our website and Facebook.
- Currently our Prayer Team meets at 10:00AM followed by Morning Worship at 10:45; Youth meet on Wednesday nights at 6:00PM.
- Pre-COVID, our Prayer Team met at 9:00AM, Sunday School at 9:45AM, Worship at 10:45AM and Prayer and Worship at 6:00PM each Sunday.
- Wednesday nights Youth and AWANA met.
In spite of the COVID crisis, we have continued on through the diligence of our Deacon Body, Standing Committees, Business Council and Ministry Teams.
We are eager to return to our Pre-COVID Church schedule and expect our next Pastor to lead us in a way that will allow ministry to members, outreach and ministry to the community, and the making of disciples for the Kingdom of God. A Pastor who will Journey in Faith, Serve in Love, and Offer Hope through Christ with us will bridge the gap between our members and the needs of our community.
To apply, please send your resume and cover letter via email to email@example.com. Only candidates who submit a resume to our email will be considered for the position. All resumes must be received by April 30, 2021.
